I can't tell you the whoops of delight that I hear when I not only remind my family that it's meat-free Monday, but I'm making a vegetarian quiche!!! Some of our combos..

Caramelised Onion, Goats Cheese and Smoked Beetroot

A shortcrust pasty of your choice.

A whole heap of caramelised onions and the egg filling mix from our Classic Leek and Bacon quiche

Slices of goats cheese on top of the quiche before it bakes

Smoked beetroot slices for the final flourish.
