Sesame & Asian dressing

Sesame dressing

We use these alot for asian coleslaw or the sweetcorn/spinach salad to go with Katsu chicken. Its good if you sprinkle sesame seeds in the salad too.

2 tsp sesame oil

2.5 tbsp soy sauce

1/4 cup lime juice

Drizzle of fish sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

Shake together in a jam jar.

Asian dressing

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp lime juice

1 1/2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (or runny honey)

2 tsp rice vinegar

1/2 tsp sesame oil

Shake together in a jam jar.

For variations to the asian dressing you can add either 2-4 kaffir lime leaves, shredded (stems removed) or 1 small finely chopped chilli.
