Satay Sauce

Ideal for chicken satay skewers, this is our really quick, easy sauce which just bubbles away whilst you're cooking the skewers. We love sauce, so this quantity is good for a meal for four, with plenty to go around. Any other meats would work well and serve with rice.


2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut cream

1 cup chicken stock

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and using a whisk, keep stirring while it comes to a fast simmer.


Let it bubble away for at least 5 - 10 mins on a low - medium heat until thickened.
