Onion Bhajis

Another of my favourites! These were sooo yummy annd for once I managed to get your dad to remember what he'd put in them.

100g plain flour (or chickpea flour)

1/2 tsp baking powder

Good pinch salt

Pinch chilli flakes

Tumeric

Cumin seeds

Water, enough to make a batter

2.5 onions


Mix all together well and fry in hot oil in a saucepan one spoonful at a time.


Serve with minted yogurt and something spicy!!
