they're tasteless!!

A miracle occurred the other day, and all the other people in Woolworths, Colombo Street were totally unaware..

What to do? It was chopped and marinated in soy sauce, a drizzle of sesame oil, brown sugar, fresh ginger, garlic and a smige of hoisin sauce.

Because we didn't press it to get all the moisture out it didn't get very crispy, but it was caramelised.

Before mixing in with one of our regular stirfrys...yum!
