Nam Jim Sauce

Packs an amazing punch! We've served this with Asian meat and bao buns.


2 Long Green Chillis

2 Garlic Cloves

2 Spring Onions

2 tbsp Lime Juice

2 tbsp Sesame Oil

1 tbsp Fish Sauce

1 tbsp Palm sugar, grated

1/4 cup fresh Coriander, chopped

Put all the ingredients into a small food processor and zuzz until really well combined.
