Katsu Sauce

For the Katsu Chicken recipe and anything else that needs a boost!!

1 tbsp tomato sauce

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce (we never have oyster sauce so I always use hoisin)

1 tbsp sugar

Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Really sharp on it's own but it really does work well with everything else in a katsu chicken bowl.
