Chilli Oil

I am addicted to chilli. The rest of the family just roll their eyes at me (particularly Harry and Lottie) when I add chilli oil, or harissa to most things. This is a tricky one to write down as Jon does vary it each time. I've tried to capture a couple of different versions.
