Cajun Fish Sliders

With dads crispy fries new potatoes and salad. This was my choice for mothers day 2020 during Level 3 lockdown. Yum!

Bluenose fish
Cajun spices
Flour
Sliders
Tinned mango
Kewpie mayo
For the fish, portion up the bluenose to a size that fits your sliders. Mix together your spices and flour, the ratio depends on how spicy you like it.
Heat a little oil and butter in a non stick frypan and when hot, cook the fish for a few minutes on each side.
Place a piece of fish, a slice of well drained mango, and a drizzle of Kewpie. Serve with a salad and dad's sauted potatoes with crispy onions.
The oven roasted poatoes would go really well with these too. And any kind of salad would work.
