Crispy Oven Potatoes

A lot healthier than chips, these really easy potatoes are a delicious side for things such as the crispy fish, chicken or a good bbq steak with a salad or veggies. The best thing is you can have them any flavour you like, just don't forget the salt and pepper. Some of our favourites to add before cooking are:


- fresh rosemary

- smoked paprika

- fresh thyme and garlic

800g potatoes, skin on and diced 3cm

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Heat the oven to 220C.


Line a baking tray with paper and add the potatoes, oil, salt and pepper and any other flavours. Toss together until the potatoes are well coated.


Roast for about 30 mins until golden and tender.



My favourite, garlic, lots of rosemary, olive oil and a good dose of salt and pepper.
