Party Fish Pate

A very simple fish pate which is mild enough to please most people (not too fishy!!). There really is no quantity's, just mix to taste. Use a food processor if you want a smoother pate.

Cream cheese

Smoked mackrel

Chopped parsley

Horseradish cream

Lemon juice

Salt and Pepper
