Veggie Smash

Similar to the pea and feta crush this makes a really nice change for a veggie accompanyment.
1/4 cauliflower chopped
50g baby spinach, chopped
250g frozen peas
2 tbsp butter
Add cauliflower to a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Add peas and cook for 3 more mins, until tender. Drain and return to the pot with the butter. Using a masher, roughly smash, until combined. Stir through spinach to wilt and season to taste with salt and pepper.
