Pancake Day

During the last weekend of Level 3 lockdown (remember that!) we decided to do a pancake day because we seemed to have missed it back in February!
This was our menu for the day:
Brunch: Pancakes (thick, American style) with banana, bacon and maple syrup
Dinner: Peking duck pancakes with the trimmings (cucumber, spring onion, hoisin sauce), we added some dumplings in case we went hungry!!
Dessert: French style crepes, with either nutella and banana or lemon and sugar
We were a bit full, and over pancakes by the end of the day. But we did manage to have a boogie to some pancake anthems...

Thick pancakes with banana and nutella as requested by Harry for his 20th birthday (2024!). There were a bit much as a stack of three, no one could finish them!!
