Mum's Oat and Chia Bircher Muesli

The night before you want it, put the following items in a small bowl made for one:

1/4 cup rolled oats (approx 25-27g)

A pinch/sprinkle each of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds

1 tblsp chia seeds

3 dried dates finely chopped

A smattering of cranberries

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk


Mix it well, cover in cling film and pop in the fridge.

The next morning, serve with greek yogurt, fresh berries (usually frozen blueberries rapidly defrosted in the microwave) and a drizzle of 100% pure maple syrup.
