Lottie's burger bowl

A great Lottie weeknight meal. All the flavours of a burger without the carbs. Absolutely delicious and you're able to mix up the flavours of the beef and salad for variations.



In a frying pan, cook onion in olive oil until soft, add in the beef mince and any combination of flavours, seasoning and spices that you're feeling in the mood for.


Spoon mince over a bed of iceburg lettuce, and accompany with grated carrot, cheese and a burger sauce made from kewpie, tomato ketchup and diced pickles (for keto use sugar free).
