Keto 'mince on toast'

Love the Kiwi mince on toast, this is my keto version.


Make the mince by frying the onion on olive oil until soft, add the mince and cook until brown with seasonings and spices of your choice.


Meanwhile, roast a cauliflower steak in the oven, with olive oil and seasoning until cooked through and caramelised to your liking.


Spoon the mince over the cauli, top with rocket and if you're feeling it, then some grated cheese!
