This is Annabel Langbeins recipe which is really tasty. Get it as thin as you possibly can.
1 cup plain flour
1/3 cup wholemeal flour
2 tbsp each black and white sesame seeds
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano (I have used rosemary before too)
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup water
Oil and flaky sea salt
Heat the oven to 165C and line a tray with baking paper.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix all the wet ingredients together and then bring all together to form a soft dough. Roll out as thinly as possible. Cut into whichever shapes you'd like. I've done long oblongs and rounds.
Serve with yummy dips or on a cheese board.
