Feta Pea Crush

1 broccoli, finely chopped
50g feta cheese crumbled
250g frozen peas
1 tbsp butter
Cook broccoli and peas in a pot of boiling salted water for 5 minutes, until bright green and tender.
Drain well and return to the pot with the butter. Smash using a potato masher and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir through feta and cover to keep warm.
