Fabulous Feijoa Salsa

One of dad's made up salsa's which we had with a Cajun Chicken Burger, super delicious although a few complaints about spicyness (from the burger).

Chop into really quite small cubes:

1 apple

1/2 red onioin

5 feijoas (approx)

1 yellow pepper

1 red chilli - to taste!

handful of chopped parsley

salt and pepper

olive oil

squeeze lemon

Mix and let sit for a short time to let the flavours mingle.
