A real family favourite. Great for using any veggies that you have in the fridge, most would work in the mix, but make sure they are added in the right order - ones that need cooking for longer go first.

Chicken Breast cut into strips (pork loin also works really well)
Prawns

Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Red (or any colour) pepper
Broccoli
Carrot
Green beans
Fresh Chilli

Hoisin
Soy
Fish Sauce
Sesame oil
Water
Veg oil
Cooked long grain rice, 1 - 1.2 cups
Coriander and sesame seeds to garnish
Prepare all of your vegetables by cutting into thin stips. Broccoli into small florets.
Put a good drizzle of veg oil onto the bbq hot plate, and add onions and pork, cook until browned.
Add the carrots and peppers and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add the garlic and ginger, then the beans.
Add the cooked rice along with the hoisin, fish and soy sauce and mix through.
Add the broccoli and prawns, mix well and cook until prawns turn pink.
Add a small splash of water to stop it from sticking and to make more of a sauce.
Put the sesame oil on, toss through and put in a large serving bowl. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
