Cauliflower parsley mash

To serve as an accompanyment for four people, this is really tasty and I think nicer than just ordinary mash. Not sure if Harry would agree. To make it a bit different you could use smoked butter. We'e not tried that yet with this mix.
500g cauliflower, chopped
300g agria potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp butter or extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 small clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 - 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley.
