Avo on toast

Avo's are one of the most perfect, versitile and healthy fruit. One of my favourite breakfast's or brunches is simple avo on toast. Great halfway through the morning if you've just had a smoothie first thing.


The Avo must be ripe and don't forget to season with S&P, and drizzle with lime juice (lemon is ok too!). Microgreens can be added for extra healthyness. Any kind of toast works, but I prefer the dark rye, densly seedy (like my favourite 5 grain sourdough from Bohemian Bakery) or vogels for this.




To fill you up even more, add poached eggs..
