Rice Bubble and Honey Square

This was made by Lottie either at Kindy or primary school, and she has vague memories of liking it!
4 cups rice bubbles
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp sugar
115g butter
Put honey, butter and sugar into a pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4 mins, stirring occasionally.
Take off the heat and mix in the rice bubbles. Put the mix either into a tray to make into squares later, or into individual muffin cases. Put in the fridge to firm up.
