Mike & Jackie Lunch

In a gazebo in Orton Bradley, this was a suprise lunch for Mike and Jackie, out visiting Dave and Sue from the UK. It was a lovely sunny day, all served from Marge with our small bbq. We are amazing!!

Champagne on arrival with nibbles (toasted nuts and seeds)

Salmon three ways (hot smoked salmon, salmon cerviche and salmon mousse)

Butterflied BBQ leg of lamb

Apple and fennel salad

Tomato and red onion salad

Rocket, blueberry and feta salad

Rose jelly with fresh fruit (cherries)
