Lyttelton West Teachers Lunch

This was pretty much the first catering job that we did while Lyttelton West School was still standing. The teachers were having a 'strategy day' and needed sustinence!! Of course because it was Lyttelton there were all sorts of dietary requirements to cater for, hence the gluten free items. I think we were pretty pleased with it, and the feedback was great.

A few months later we did scones, jam and cream for the closing ceremony under a gazebo in the pouring rain!!!
