Harry's Fudge Pud in a Cup

Harry went through a phase of making puds in mugs in the microwave. This one worked best.

2 tbsp plain flour

2 tbsp white sugar

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup water

2 tbsp oil

Put the dry ingredients into a small bowl and combine. Add the water and oil and mix well.

Pour into a cup and microwave until spongy.
