Once upon a time we started a Gourmet Dinner Club with Nicky and Lucy and Crile.
I'm not sure if this menu was part of that club but Jon did a meal (when Nicky and Mick were eating meat!) which was 'Hare three ways'.
Hare Ragout
Civet of Hare with garlic croutons
Served with 3 root veg mash (potatoes, kumara and parsnip)
