DH School Year 8 Leavers Dinners

While Nicki was Deputy Head at DH School, we did the celebration Year 8 Leavers Dinners for three years - 2015 - 2017 inclusive. They were all pretty good (better when we had a dish-pig!). Harry and Lottie both helped with them.


2015

On arrival

Smoked Fish Pate with lemon on crostini

Sun dried tomato hummus with basil on garlic and herb crostini (V) (Vegan)

Ham Station

Classic marmalade glazed ham

Dinner rolls with flavoured butters

Honey mustard


Buffet Table

Oak barrel hot smoked salmon

Beetroot, mushroom, feta and curly kale tart (Vegetarian/Vegan option)

Cypriot style potato salad (V)

Spicy broccoli salad with beans, orange and candied walnuts (V)



This year all the parents brought desserts. Hmmmmmm!
