Get a french stick and slice into rounds to the thickness you like. Brush with olive oil until well covered and season to taste - a sprinkling of mixed italian herbs works well. Bake in a hot oven until golden - flip over half way through so both sides have colour.


Top with your choice of yummy things.



Mozzarella, tomato and fresh basil.
